Trouble signing in to LoomPDF?

If you forgot your password, enter the email address you used to sign up and we will send a secure reset link that expires in one hour. For your security, the link can only be used once, and we never reveal whether an email address has an account.

Password resets are one of the most common reasons people get locked out of an account, so we have made the process as quick and safe as possible. Once you request a link, check your inbox within a few minutes. If you originally signed up using Google, you will not have a password to reset at all — simply use the Google sign-in option and you will be straight back into your study decks.

• Reset links are single-use and expire after 60 minutes for safety.
• Signed up with Google? Skip the reset and use “Continue with Google” on the sign-in page instead.
• Didn’t get the email? Check your spam folder, then request a new link in a few minutes.
• Make sure you enter the same email address you originally registered with.
